By downloading, installing, or using the SanaMente application ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
SanaMente is developed and operated by DM-AI Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these terms, notifying you through the App.

To use SanaMente you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18, you declare that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activity under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on the platform. Refund policies are governed by each store's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your app store settings.
SanaMente subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year depending on the plan you choose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iOS device. If you cancel during a paid period, you keep access until the end of that period but no renewal will be charged.
Prices may vary by country and are displayed in the local currency at the time of purchase. Any price change applicable to your subscription will be notified to you by Apple in advance.

You may stop using SanaMente and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Costa Rica.
